Of Counsel, Born Cliffside, NC May 17, 1927, graduated University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1949 and obtained his LLB/JD from George Washington University School of Law in 1952; a member of the Bar Associations of North Carolina and the District of Columbia, licensed to practice in all Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
